Kate Leigh Bryant is an Asheville-based singer-songwriter, violinist, and fiddler. She operates a music lesson studio from her home in West Asheville, offering violin instruction. Her original music ranges from sentimental folk to rowdy dive bar country, as showcased in her debut EP, “Roots.” Kate has been featured with The Western Carolina Writers and Open Folk Asheville. She also performs with the band Cactus Kate and the Pricks. Her performances have been featured at venues like Sovereign Kava in Asheville, where she played alongside Lo Wolf and Ashley Heath.
