Established in May 2015, Wine Down has been a cherished destination in downtown Brevard, North Carolina, for nearly a decade. This cozy, European-style wine bar offers an extensive selection of over 35 wines by the glass, complemented by craft beers, charcuterie, paninis, and specialty bites—including gluten-free and vegetarian options.

Nestled at 28 E Main Street, Wine Down provides an inviting ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to sip, savor, and socialize. The atmosphere is elevated by live music performances, creating a relaxing and intimate experience for guests.

In late 2023, Gary Glancy, a passionate wine and craft beer enthusiast, became the new owner of Wine Down. With a deep appreciation for fine wines and a love for hospitality, Gary has embraced the opportunity to continue the bar’s tradition of offering a warm, welcoming space where the community gathers.

As Wine Down approaches its 10-year anniversary in May 2025, it remains a vibrant part of Brevard’s local scene, inviting new and longtime guests to enjoy great wine, great company, and unforgettable moments.
